Are you fully insured and registered?
In short YES, we have fully comprehensive Public Liability Insurance and we also have Employers Liability insurance for the safety of our own employees (details on request). We are fully registered with Gas Safe (gas) and Oftec (oil) and also hold relevant qualifications for other areas including Energy Efficiency and Water Regulations.

How can I pay?

You can pay by cash or cheque, bank transfer and we now accept payment by debit or credit card. We can accept debit or credit card over the phone, or through our online payments system. We use Protx to process all debit or credit card payments, protx are the biggest card processing company in the UK. We can also except payments via Paypal, details on request.

How long do I have to pay?
We normally require payment on completion although we can offer more flexible payment terms at our discretion. For all installations payment terms will be discussed before the work commences.

Do you use subcontractors?
We do not normally use subcontractors to carry out our general services. However on installations we may use a trusted subcontractor if time constraints require us to do so. We may also use subcontractors for bathroom installations (tiler, plasterer, etc) and we also use a Part P approved subcontractor for all electrical work. We only use subcontractors to improve the service that we offer. Back to top

How long will my quote take?
This will depend on the work load of our surveyor and the complexities of the installation. We will always try and issue the quote within 5 days. If you are waiting for a quote please contact us to receive an update.
