Who we are
T.G Services is a family run business with over 30 years experience in the plumbing and central heating trade. We are fully registered with Corgi and Oftec for installing, servicing, repairing and maintaining your oil, LPG or natural gas central heating system, boiler, or appliance.
T.G Services was originally a small business based in Bitterne (Southampton) that specialised in oil boiler and appliance maintenance. We now operate from an office based in Eastleigh which enables us to further deal with and direct customer enquiries to our engineers more effectively. Our team is broken down into office staff and engineers - mostly family members and all ready to help and assist you in your enquiry.
We are now proudly affiliated with central heating specialists, AJC (Southern) Ltd. This has furthered our knowledge in natural gas and LPG boilers and provided us with a sound foundation to compliment our oil background. In addition to our already established oil based customers we now attend to AJC's natural gas and LPG based clientele. We are now in a fortunate position where we not only have a great team working within T.G Services but we also have an excellent customer base in which we hope to form many long term relationships and also continue to attract new customers.
Even though we are a small team we carry out a wide variety of services including power flushing, servicing, installation and maintenance of oil, LPG and natural gas boilers, plumbing, landlord certification and much more. We also try to provide our engineers with as much training as possible, we not only like to give our customers confidence in our service we also want our engineers to feel confident in their own job's. We therefore always keep our engineers trained to keep up with the ever changing legal requirements or trained for gaining further knowledge, such as energy efficiency.
Through our continued interest in energy efficiency and customer requirements we are now recommending, installing and selling flueless gas fires. Furthermore we are proud to announce the opening of our protx secured online store, selling flueless gas fires, waterproof televisions and much more! We are all very excited at the prospect of our online store, as we feel it provides many interesting and useful products that are otherwise hard to get hold of. We accept all major debit and credit cards for all store purchases and we are now accepting debit and credit cards for our engineer services, payable both on and offline! With the newly developed website comes a fresh new website name, hotandcool.co.uk. As well as being easier to remember and write down we think hot and cool reflects our goal to provide a fresh innovative service for all of our customers. All traffic including emails from the old name tgservices-southern.co.uk will be forwarded to our new address so don't worry we won't miss any of your emails.
